Using Thai Seasoning Mix
Thai Spice, Salt, Star Anise, Cumin, Cinnamon, Clove
Minced Garlic & Chili, Salt, Minced Garlic, Crushed Chili, Ginger, Coriander, Onion.
Half onion diced.
3 cloves garlic diced.
Lean Ground Pork.
1 cup steamed veggies of any kind.
One handful of spinach.
5 spoonfuls of vegetable broth.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Little bit of olive oil.
Side note if you don’t want all the salt forget the added salt and pepper to taste.
Directions: turn burner on medium heat. Using a large skillet put in the olive oil and lean ground pork. As the ground pork cooks add in your seasoning. Once the pork has cooked 98% through move that portion over to the side of the skillet and add in the onion. Once that has softened stir everything together and then add in your garlic. If you have a steamer steam your veggies. And put to the side.
Once the garlic has been mixed into everything, then in the middle of your skillet move everything over and make a circle in the middle. Then add in your steamed veggies and 5 spoonfuls of veggie broth they can be big or small. Also add in a handful of spinach and put the lid on. Let that do its thing as you clean up some dishes that you made hehe. About 3 minutes or so to get the spinach to wilt.
Once done that lift the lid and stir everything together and bam. Cook up some pasta and enjoy.
