Lana’s Thai Baked Chicken & Coconut Oil Potato’s



  1. Skinless boneless chicken boob
  2. Thai Spice
  3. 6 or 7 small potatoes cut into cubes
  4. Baby carrots

Turn oven on 400, take the chicken boob and put spice on both sides, bake on baking sheet for 30 mins, boil hot water with potatoes for about 15 mins or and till fork easily slides through. Remove from water and drain then put back in pot with some margarine and coconut oil and some Mrs Dash and bam done. You can use margarine if you want or just coconut oil all up to you.

The baby carrots I cut into halves and then steamed for about 5 minutes. And bam your done. The chicken is moist and cooked to perfection and of course this is for people who are cooking for them selves with no one else. Also I made enough mashed potatoes and steamed carrots for leftovers.
