Lana’s Black & Blue Muffens

2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup blueberrys

1/4 cup black berrys
1/2 cup 100% virgin coconut oil
1 Tbs 360 double chocolate vodka
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, stir together all the dry ingredients first. Then add in the wet and chocolate chips. Oil two muffen tins with coconut oil. Using a paper towel.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25:00 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in the tray for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. You can store in a plastic container in fridge for about 7 days or put in freezer for up to 3 months. Enjoy
