Ohhhhh 6-way 🍌 Muffins & Ice Cream

I recently made some amazing banana muffins and thought I’d share my recipe.

2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 Ripe Bananas
1/4 cup 100% virgin coconut oil
1/2 cup of chopped dark chocolate bar

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, stir together all the dry ingredients first. Then add in the wet and chopped chocolate. Oil two muffin tins with coconut oil and or margarine. Using a paper towel.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25:00 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in the tray for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. You can store in a plastic container in fridge for about 7 days or put in freezer for up to 3 months. Enjoy

They didn’t last two weeks lol.

But I wanted to make something super healthy but tasty. So I made two ingredient ice cream.

Using 3 ripe bananas

Half dark chocolate bar

Directions: Blend bananas in a blender till smooth. Wipe sides down if need be. Grate bar over the mixture and blend again. Pour into container and freeze for a few hours then enjoy.

This is what’s left except cut that in half lol.
